Welcome to Ikigai Events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
2. Any booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a formal agreement and advance payment.
3. Customizations, add-ons, or changes to agreed deliverables may incur additional charges.
4. All intellectual property (including content, creatives, and concepts) remains the property of Ikigai Events unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Ikigai Events values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information:

1. We collect minimal personal and organizational data necessary for event coordination and communication.
2. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
3. All digital communication, including email, WhatsApp, and forms, is handled in accordance with standard data protection practices.
4. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to us at prashant.mehta@ikigaievents.in.
    

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

• For Client-Initiated Cancellations:
   
  • 15+ days before event date: 100% refund (excluding administrative charges)
  • 7–14 days before event date: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund (due to pre-committed resources)
     
• For Ikigai-Initiated Cancellations:
   
  • 100% refund or rescheduling with mutual agreement
     

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.

All services offered by Ikigai Events are custom-designed and priced based on:

1. Nature and complexity of the event or engagement
2. Number of participants and locations involved
3. Resource, logistics, travel, and material costs
4. Duration and facilitation requirements
5. GST and applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law
    

A detailed commercial proposal will be shared post consultation. Prices are valid for 15 days from the date of proposal and may vary depending on scope changes.
