About The Founder
Prashant brings over 25 years of rich experience in Human Resources, spanning Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, and Employee Engagement. A true people champion, he has a knack for building high-performing teams and creating workplace cultures that thrive.
During his tenure at Randstad (formerly EmmayHR Services), Prashant wore multiple hats—leading the HR function, heading the profit center for Pune, and playing a pivotal role in setting up multiple Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from the ground up. His ability to blend strategic vision with execution made him a key architect in these successful ventures.
As Employee No. 2 at METRO Services, he took on the challenge of building the Talent Acquisition framework from scratch while driving Employee Engagement initiatives that played a crucial role in METRO Services earning the coveted "Great Place to Work" recognition.
In his final corporate stint, Prashant spearheaded Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) for Principal Global Services India and the Philippines. He streamlined processes, redefined engagement strategies, and took workplace morale to new heights.
But if you ask him what truly drives him, his answer is simple: Employee Engagement. His passion for fostering a connected, motivated workforce goes beyond just policies and frameworks—it’s about creating environments where people feel valued, inspired, and empowered.
