About The Founder
Prashant believes organisations don’t fail because of strategy. They fail because of how they treat their people. Over 25 years in Human Resources, he has built his career on proving the reverse: when people feel valued, businesses grow.
His experience spans the full people lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Employee Engagement. Few HR leaders have built as many things from the ground up.
At Randstad India (formerly EmmayHR Services), he held the rare dual mandate of leading the HR function while running the Pune profit center as a business head. He also played a pivotal role in setting up multiple Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from scratch. That experience gave him something many HR leaders lack: a P&L owner’s view of people decisions.
As Employee No. 2 at METRO Services, he designed the Talent Acquisition framework from a blank page and championed the engagement initiatives that helped the organisation earn Great Place to Work® recognition.
At Principal Global Services, he led Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and DEI across India and the Philippines. There he modernised processes, reimagined engagement strategy, and lifted workplace morale across geographies.
Prashant is an ICF-certified coach (ACC), a HOGAN-certified assessor, and a certified Happiness Coach and Mindfulness Teacher. He brings together data-driven talent science and a deeply human approach to leadership.
Today, through Ikigai, he partners with founders and leadership teams to build people functions and cultures that scale. His work covers Fractional CHRO leadership, HR advisory, compliance, and meaningful engagement. His conviction is simple: work should be not just a place to be, but a place to belong.
